RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We our best to make sure the items you receive are of the best quality but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we may offer you a refund or exchange within 48 hours of your purchase with the product with or with another one of a similar value.
We ask that you provide us with details about the reason for the refund or exchange and where possible a photo of the item in its condition when delivered to you
We do not accept returns after the 72 hour period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cakes, flowers, or chocolates cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as jewellery once it has been worn & Customized Personalised Gift Items i.e Mugs, Hoodies, Glasses, Jewellery etc. they are only returnable unless defective or damaged during shipment.
After receiving and evaluating the request and returned product, we will notify you by WhatsApp / email or call with a status update on whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
